SolutionsDevelopers scores a 95% on the Microsoft facilitated customer satisfaction survey

Reston, Virginia – October 6, 2009 – Today, the SolutionsDevelopers Corporation, a leading provider of application development services on the Microsoft platform, announced its highest ever customer satisfaction and support ratings. The announcement is based on the company’s participation in Microsoft’s Gold Certified Partner Net Satisfaction Survey, an index of customers’ outlooks towards their Microsoft Gold Partners.

Microsoft implemented the Net Satisfaction (NSAT) survey to provide Microsoft Partners with access to direct feedback from their customers. The NSAT score is a standard for measuring customer satisfaction and is based on the results from a series of questions ranging from loyalty to revenue impact and overall performance. SolutionsDevelopers achieved a total score of 190 out of a possible 200 satisfaction points, resulting in an overall score of 95%. The national partner average for the NSAT is 166 out of 200, an average of 83%.
