Likewise, we’ve learned that posting generic job descriptions and waiting for the perfect candidate to magically come along isn’t a good strategy.

Our belief is that if you cannot envision yourself working here, then you’ll never apply. We’d like to tell you who we are, and you can decide if this is a good fit for you.

We spend most of our day solving complex software solutions for a myriad of customers that we want to work for. They like us too-- we’re smart, results-driven, responsive, and we don’t make our clients jump through hoops to get something done. We don’t have to answer to outside investors, so we get to pick our projects – projects that make a difference in our world.

We work on a variety of the latest Microsoft based technologies, and are a Microsoft Gold Partner. We have plaques in our lobby from Microsoft recognizing our award winning processes for Customer Satisfaction and Experience. In addition, in 2009, we made the Inc.5000 for growth. We are proud of these recognitions!

We’re a team. We’re honest with each other, and we talk openly about both our successes and failures. Decisions are made in-house by team members affected by those decisions. We like what we’re building here and are having fun in the process.
