LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION)
RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE AND THE CONTENT, WHETHER
BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT
THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY

its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, demands,
actions and damages, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting

Terms of Use. SOLUTIONSDEVELOPERS shall provide notice to you promptly of any such
claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any
such claim, suit or proceeding.

16. Miscellaneous. SOLUTIONSDEVELOPERS makes no claims that the Content may be lawfully
viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not
be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Website from
outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for
compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Terms of Use are entered into
in the Commonwealth of Virginia and shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the state and federal courts sitting in Virginia, and waive any jurisdictional,
venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action to enforce
the Terms of Use, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys'
fees. Use of the Website and the services provided is unauthorized in any jurisdiction
that does not give effect to all of these Terms of Use. In the event that any of
the provisions of the Terms of Use are held by a court or other tribunal of competent
jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated
to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Use shall otherwise remain
in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any law to the contrary,
